Hospital Supply Chain Optimization under Uncertainty: Application of Fuzzy Goal Programming

چکیده
امروزه توسعه سیستم‌های کارآمد و اثربخش بهداشت درمان به یکی از نگرانی‌های اصلی دولت‌ها تصمیم‌گیرندگان تبدیل شده است. تأمین به‌موقع دارو کارایی سیستم موجودی توزیع، نقشی حیاتی در زنجیره بیمارستانی دارند برای افزایش این فعالیت‌ها، فرآیند تصمیم‌گیری مناسب مدیریت ضروری نظر می‌رسد. پژوهش یک مدل دوهدفه به‌صورت برنامه‌ریزی خطی عدد صحیح مختلط جریان اطلاعات ارائه اهداف حداقلکردن هزینه‌های خرید، نگهداری، نیروی انسانی انقضای نیز حداقلکردن کمبود عدمقطعیت پارامترها مربوط تقاضا، ظرفیت ذخیره‌سازی سطح تمایل هر آرمان اولیه ابتدا آرمانی فازی شده، آنگاه حاصل با استفاده روش ترابی هَسینی تک‌هدفه نرم‌افزار گمز حل شد. تشریح رویکرد پیشنهادی «بیمارستان شهید بهشتی کاشان» بررسی نتایج نشان داد که تصمیمات خرید لجستیک دارو، اثر زیادی بر کنترل مختلف بیمارستان دارد.
